Other info: Many players were complaining of him walling after specing him. Even if this demo isn't conclusive, he should definitely be watched.

This is on office
- Around tick 5000 he is approaching the corner to long hall. He looks at a player through the wall and banks a nade right at his feet. Granted his teammate was shooting him but I don't think he could use radar and look right at him.
- Later, I forget which tick, he is leaving t spawn goin towards garage and scouts towards office. A ct is trying to jump on the dumpster and PACman's crosshairs are positioned a lil too perfectly in my opinion.
I couldn't get the .dem to upload so I had to upload it as a .rar
