No Damage Server Gltich

I've seen this happen twice, once was a week ago, and I think cyber was there, and the second was shortly before noon today, west coast time.

This time, the server just switched to Italy, and no ultimates would work, the changerace command did not work, and no one could damage players on the other team. Empty changed the map to crackhouse and the issue resolved itself, but this is a very odd glitch that seems to pop up for no good reason.

Basically I don't think it loads the actual mod and just runs as a normal css server.

Yep occurs when the mod fails to load for one reason or another. This is more of an engine problem than anything else.
