Note: the ticks at 40500 and 60000 are not conclusive, but i believe that they support my case with how fast he was able to find me without seeing me teleport or go in a certain direction to ascertain my location.
Watched the demo with Mr. Giggles and I think it's worth noting that polar bear (http://www.ibisgaming.com/wcs_stats/player.php?id=54003) has never played exceptionally well - his best kdr is 0.86 in the last 25 days and his overall kdr is BELOW 0.5 and from the beginning of the demo up until the middle, he's playing horribly until then suddenly he puts in a masterclass. While other ticks may not be conclusive enough, IMO, 45000 and 49000 should be good enough for the ban.
