So don't get mad if others look at videos so they can use the secrets that you use.
To be fare I found 2 secretes through gameplay.

You can find the code on a newspaper in urban downtown.

Well, mainly, I refer to the more popular maps, some of which: desperados, FW aztec, lila panic beach, and playtime. I remember a couple of friends and I would have the greatest times on desperados, when it was first released. Now that everyone and their mothers know the secrets, I'm forced to use the OP cades, if I ever have anything to do with that fps devouring, human sided map. Secrets are fun little gimmicks, plus they're just a good place to strike up a conversation and horse around. I just get a little peeved when the rewards from meticulous analysis in game is spoiled by some lazy noob who opens up Google or Youtube. At the very least, one can try to learn it from other players. Not in a silent, pursue-the-other-player-every-round kind of way, but rather in an open way -- talk, joke, befriend, whatever. Some people are actually very willing to show how "knowledgeable" they can be. Trying to steal/spy secrets from a player you aren't friendly with or using Youtube, to me, gives off a vibe of underhandedness, unfriendliness, maybe even hostility. Idk, call me old-fashioned hahaha. For me, map secrets can be a fun trade; one that's even more fun if you can corner its market. I think it's a less stressful alternative than the normal chatter of M249's
