same ip = ban. we can't take anyone's word when it comes to this. especially not yours.

usually you'd match the ban, not sure about this particular case though. as maynard made the original 3 week ban, he should be the one to handle this.

generally the first time you're found doing it, you get another ban that's longer than the original ban. if the person gets busted for something again and does the process all over, thats when it's a perma ban, or a real long ass temp.. depending on the situation.

for now, it's a 2 month temp ban as he was already serving and had almost completed a 3 week ban...

Fair enough. Not that it matters, but he started using this account a while back (almost right after the ban), so it wasn't like he just now logged back on again - he's been avoiding the ban for a while.
