I understand what your saying, and I kept my language very tempered at first, I didn't go full Nemisis on him, and the mosy substantial thing I did was correct his awful, awful grammer and spelling. Then he got insulting and I slowly vamped up in turn. Its clear he doesn't understand most of what he is reading or saying, but instead of admitting that, and asking for help or consideration he lashes out. He needs to learn, and he is, just takes time.
