zero please update ns2 server

There was no update, unfortuantly when the server freezes it actually still returns packets and talks to the network as a result you can not tell it has crashed until an hour or so goes by and you see it is stuck on the same map.

I need some people to join to verify it is working, steam is blown up here so I got to wait 4 hours to load into the game on 56k
