It's that assault, without a weapon, resulting in serious bodily injury or in Canada, Assault 1, is included in the Canadian statistic. It is NOT included in the American statistic. So if I went out and kicked a guy in the nose until he was in a coma for 2 months, it wouldn't affect the American stat, but if Cyber did it, it would include in the Canadian statistic, plus he'd go to jail for being a Mexican that committed a hate crime.
