How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Me and that negative nancy Donkey got into it. Nightstrife took offense to what was being said. Mean while Mr.Peanut decides to be a jerk and tk or team attack me every round. The admin in question ignores mine and other peoples pleas to do something about this ass hole who has singled me out for his rage. He was not doing his job as an admin and I would like for people to know this if there's even a slight chance he is considered to get ULA. I realize I am drunk and I may or may not be stepping over the line if I was he could of muted me. I'd forget it maybe, or care a lot less anyways. DO YOUR JOB PLEASE.

I don't get it. Care to explain further? As far as I can tell, he turned a blind eye to a team attacker.

Bullshit, two wrongs don't make a right. If someone responds to team attacking with team attacking, then both players should be disciplined. If there's a hacker in the server, can I show him up by getting my own, shinier hacks? Of course not.

The admin should be able to keep control of a server and not take sides in an issue. No matter how much of a cunt carmichal is the admin should be able to deal with a situation properly without everything descending into chaos.


With that said I don't think this is abuse, rather just really shitty admin-ship.

carmichal was talking shit to donkey about being french canadian, saying stuff like "you should just surrender, that's what your people do anyway." donkey was retaliating verbally, so to me this goes under banter, and is at most a mutable offense if it gets really annoying. after they had been going back and forth at it for a bit, mr. peanut teamkills carmichal. she and donkey continue, and nightstrife says "just shut up, you're starting to get me pissed off and i'm taking offense to shit now." peanut teamkills carmichal again, teamattacks her next round as well. nightstrife informs the server that he, too, is french canadian. carmichal says "i don't have a problem with them, this guy's just getting under my skin." peanut goes back and finishes off carmichal, and she starts saying she'd appreciate it if someone took care of it. he teamattacks carmichal for the 4th straight round, and then carmichal retaliates. nightstrife gave no fucks for those 4 rounds at tick 39700, mr. peanut again teamattacks carmichal, she retaliates. he teamattacks again the next round, twice. nightstrife still gives no fucks, no warnings or anything.

it's clear from this demo that mr. peanut initiates every instance of team attacking, and that nightstrife does absolutely nothing about it. no warnings, no slays, no kick, no ban, nothing. and he was informed by carmichal and several other players. based on the context, he is condoning the team killing and team attacking that mr. peanut does on carmichal because of the french canadian trash talk. admins condoning teamkilling, for any reason whatsoever, is not acceptable. period. nightstrife, if you don't like what she's saying, inform her. when you did, she stopped. if she didn't, mute her....don't let someone get away with team killing out of spite. no "abuse" of powers here per se, but this kind of conduct is unacceptable
