So the rule says, no rapid map change. What exactly does that mean? He changed the map two times, the first one fairly at the beginning. So if anyone could explain what rapid map change means?

That really destroys the playflow. I mean, why are there possibilities like RTV if the admin can just go around and change the map to whatever he or she likes? Especially after not even playing long on the map. There were enough players for a voting.

rapid means changing maps incredibly fast.

senior admins retain the right to change the map to whatever they wish, at any time, without needing to consult the players. things like RTV exist because admins will not always utilize their map changing rights, and will sometimes leave that to the players. other times, however, they will reserve such privlages to themselves.

if you guys weren't playing on a map very long, it sounds like he didn't like that map, and thus changed to a different one. the number of players does not matter at all.



also, points for reading the format thread and bringing up demos, however do not put links to the FTP site. those links will die, normally within 2 days. download the demos, and attach them to your post instead.

how is 3:09:00 PM Server time - 3:47:00 PM Server time a rapid map change? honestly... it's clear you guys are just pissed off that you didn't get 2 play the map you liked... get over it. He's not going 2 get in shit for that as he did nothing wrong. If you're going 2 catch him on anything, it will be the slap slay blind shit.

I did slay the wrong person because the person in the cade with me smashed the cade at the end making us both die i click on the worng name it happens and i said sorry to him and also offer to let him kill me after witch when i told motherfunker to stop shooting me 5 times so he could get the kill.. when mother killed me I then blinded him and froze him with all of 40 seconds left on the map in a cade with another person that he was safe in. as senior admin i can change the map and if you look back in all of the maps played i 98% of the time will do a map vote and ask what people want and change it accordingly.

No Maynard, you got it wrong. I don't want to get him into trouble for anything, I just wanted to know what a rapid map change means. For me, it was a rapid map change. Changing 2 maps out of 4 suddenly is - for me - a rapid map change. If you mean that this rule only means changing one map after another, then you should point it out. I'm fine when it's the server's rule, and this has absolutely nothing to do with getting Omega into trouble. Also, I didn't like both maps, it just disrupted the game flow.
