the last 2 are different from the periapt.

periapt gives 50 hp flat.

preserver gives 50 hp + 100 armor. tome of health gives 100 health.

the difference is that the periapt will renew every round but the Preserver + tome of health is 1 buy then it goes away till you buy it again, just like how the Anti_ward works after it is used
