How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Warned me about admin disrespect, then as I was talking with someone else on the server about it and he unexpectedly kicks me. When I rejoined I demanded a reason to why I was kicked, he didn't reply so I kept asking and then he silenced me for 15 mins.

Proof: In the demo attached you can see the things I described.

was in-game at the time. Kicks were warranted (kind of, a little iffy as the two were just talking between themselves). The silences were completely uncalled for as all they were asking for was an explanation. Reso has been on edge it seems for the past couple days. Probably just an overreaction on his part.

In aztec earlier armotorn was being disrespectful because i changed the map fist saying that what is the point in a map vote if I am going to change the map and then when the map went to aztec he continued talking trash and i told him when he purchased admin he could choose whatever map he liked he then told me fuck you and kept talking trash. Eventually sobobi joined in as well as I have not said anything and warned them that if they want to keep it up they would be kicked. Armotorn then threatened to report me for being abusive and i told him to record a demo and post it and that I would like to see how I was being abusive. He continued to talk smack so i kicked him hoping he would get the point. He did not he then came back in and instead of playing decides to go to spectate and attack me from there. I then gag him for 20 minutes and he leaves. I come back in later and join on cbble and he starts again. I warn him before gagging him and thats what happened. to the 2 other admins in the server at the time this may have seemed over the top but i assure you if you had seen his actions earlier you would have understood and it does not help that tom erdenay and i do not get along so he is obviously going to take anyones side and try to manipulate the situation. Also I do not know where it is in the rules that I have to justify my actions to other admins in the server. If I am somehow wrong here the demo will show it ty

The gag happened after you kicked them and they came back in... In Armotron's case he was just asking for the reasoning behind the kick for which you gave him a silence.

Also, I just want to note that no one really it out to get you and you really need to get that out of your head. If you screwed up, you screwed up that's just how it is.

So I was reviewing the demo again, and the whole situation starts at around tick 72000 and then it picks up again at around tick 91000. Around 92500 i get kicked unexpectedly, then I rejoin and ask why I got kicked. There is no response then eventually shobobi and I are silenced.

Tom kicked a person at the end of crackhouse (the map before) without his tag on when i told the guy that I would kick him if he did it again he again warded the house. Tom said it wasnt touching the house although it was touching me at barrell i told the guy that i was going to kick him. Amortorn then started talking trash to me at that point and i warned him to drop it. He continued and I was in the process of kicking him at the time. The map changed before I could execute the command so when the next map started i carried out the promise. Technically i warned him the map before and got interupted by the map change. Obviously the kick was so that he would understand that he was disrespecting an admin. He again after 2 times that i kicked him today did not get the point so i silenced him for 20 minutes and next thing you know its called admin abuse. If that is admin abuse I have no desire to be admin. In the servers that I play at if I were to try that with an admin I would have been banned immediately. I believe I have the right to ban him next time he does it as I have warned him twice now.

When you silenced him the ONLY thing he was saying to you was what your reasoning for the kick was you responded by silencing him. I was there.

I would like to point out that i was not talking trash to him at the end of crackhouse but rather offering another source to validate whether or not the ward was touching the house. To this he replied "Shut up Armotorn" and I said that he should not be able to disrespect players. I don't see how this could in anyway be taken as "trash talking"

Locust it was 1 kick and 1 gag in your comment above you say the kicks and gags and two talking between themselves, dude I'm not even sure your sober? We are talking about 1 person here not 2 are you seeing double lol.
