Okay i am slightly confused..

But there are two separate situations, WHICH happened at least once.

Situation One: (happened only once to my knowledge)
RTV and Nominate no longer worked. People typed, them, and said wtf why isn't it working? Then maybe 5 minutes later we were at a new map. (yes likely could have been a bug, like someone already mentioned)

Situation Two:
We were on voodoo islands, Map vote came up, majority chose parking, admin map changed and we arrived at Desert. And a bunch of us were wtf were is parking? But then we just played desert. So yeah since the vote was 14 for parking and 13 for something else, you can argue 50% of the server didn't like parking so it was alright for admin to change to desert. But i think people who voted parking wanted to play it. I know that i did. (again it only happened once or twice). So it's not like raging abuse or anything. Just annoying when it does happen.

Otherwise, like i said it's not rapid map changing. When corpsman is online he will go through a series of the same maps. Desertfort, Roy, Beachstrike, Lila 420 maybe, and then Ze_Saw. So The maps are played in their entirety. Not bitching!!! Just re-iterating what happens usually.

Omega, i know i can be annoying, i've toned it down since you asked me to in game.

ONE more question, if i am dead or in spec, and i tell a player how to flip a vending machine or break a cade, is that ghosting? The player knows where the human is, is already there trying to break in etc. Similarly if i give advice on an escape map after dying on how to escape where to defend etc? Not allowed?

And on train escape, i escaped on the train, instead of going to the water tower. And all the humans at water tower died. I was last human alive. Train stopped, so there is no where i could continue escaping to. There was like 20 zombies alive, and only me as the human. Do i have to kill myself? or go and hunt the zombies? It's an escape map.. we aren't allowed to hunt zombies so it would be a contradiction in rules? Does that mean everyone has to wait 2 minutes until the clock runs out? Like i don't see why i need to kill myself for escaping.. Maybe fix the map? Is there a map editor? can i make or edit maps and submit them to zero or something with a list of changes?
