Requesting Server Reset...
The server is lagging terribly at the moment (more so than normal). If someone with the ability to reset the server could, I would greatly appreciate that.

The root cause for the lag appears to be the map mod again, when people would nominate, rtv or when the map vote would come up (the server lagged). I recall this happening in the past as well. Not exactly sure what can fix this...
