way more than 1 tick bud, you need to practice hiding your shit A LOT. its obvious as hell.

The file needs to be placed in your cstrike folder, its played from inside counterstrike it shouldn't matter what your os is.

I have to tell you, bans are not easy to come by around here. They wouldn't have banned you unless they were absolutely certain. Your demo was reviewed by several key folks (I didn't review it myself, so I'll withhold comment) and it was unanimously decided you were cheating.

How stupid do you take us for? hacking on macs is no more difficult then hacking on windows. If your using a .exe to hack your doing something terribly terribly wrong.
