Yeah, I don't like the notion of maxing money every round either. It's one of the main aspects of traditional CS imo. Although I see how this idea leads to 'cash balancing' a less skilled team against a skilled one, so from that perspective it makes sense. Tough call.
Love the ideas of rank showing up and wire cutting the bomb both though.
