Serious stuttering of the game, high fps, high rates, no choke.

Try to turn off HDR and Bloom.

I'm getting horrible lag again. My choke spikes frequently to the 40's (only on ibis GG as far as I can tell).

So I got control of my choke a bit but there seems to be a server side lag now whenever a vote starts. It freezes for everyone to the point that we almost time out. Has this been posted about yet?

i didnt read thru all this forums, but i know this wasnt happening yesturday. it seems now everytime some1 types in nominate the server freezes up for about 5 secs.

This same thing is happening on the zm server right now.

defrag is being run this is why the issue started after steam pipe b/c none of the current server files are defragmented as valve forced us to reinstall from scratch.
