Player was TKing teammates at start of rounds. Asked to stop multiple times. Around the 50000 Tick to end of Map. I notified jwtemp and as soon as he came in the player stopped. I hope i did this right (first time poster).

definitely excessive intentional tking, warrants a temp ban, if nothing else to make it known that he has a history and has been warned.
