I paid for a reserved slot on the 3rd which was taken out of my account almost immediately. I have tried a few times to get in the server when it was saying it was full and got denied access. Just curious what the reserved slots are actually for.

Servers included: pub1.ibisgaming.com, gg.ibisgaming.com, zm.ibisgaming.com, wcs.ibisgaming.com, gopub.ibisgaming.com, ns2.ibisgaming.com
As long as you're in one of those servers, you should have a reserved slot. All that means is that if the server is full, you can bump someone without a reserved slot to make room for you.
If that is not happening then there is an issue.
Zero would be the one to look at your account info and see what's wrong. To speed things up I would post your steamID in this thread so Zero can make sure it matches the reserved slot list.
Hi Nobody. Please see the post at the bottom of this thread regarding reserved slots and how they behave when the Natural Selection server is at 21/21 (from Zero himself).

Your reserved slot has and is active. However, you never added your steam id to your account so that it can actually work.
You need to have your steam id in your profile for it to work as it says on the page when you order "You must have your steam id or ns2 id entered in your profile for your account to activate!"
Please enter your steam id to your profile and it will work. Need help finding your steam id: http://www.ibisgaming.com/content.ph...-Your-STEAM-ID
My NS2 Id is in my profile. Put it there when I paid.

Ok, when i get my id from console in NS2 it says my steam id is 12857192. When I try to add it to my profile it says it isnt a steam id. I tried to put it in as such 1:2:857192 since that is the format it seems to be calling for and still doesnt work.
Again, I do not play NS2. But if it runs off of steamid. Launch CSS or a valve game, join an online server, open console, enter "status" that should list your steamID. It will be like "STEAM0:0:13123123" something along those lines. It will always start with "STEAM" though. (as far as I know)
I do not know what you did do but nether your ns2 id or your steam id was or is entered into your profile. Please enter any one of them and your admin will work. Here is your profile:
