ok, i revised my shopping cart after some critical thinking! I have decided to go intel due to the fact that my budget can eat up the extra cost.

Here is what i have so far, please give some feed back regarding this build!

I agree with zero. If you're gonna spend that much on a headset you might as well buy a nice pair of headphones and a good desk mic

I personally have these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and they are pretty fantastic.
If you do go with those you need an adapter to plug into the normal headphone jacks but they're pretty cheap: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

As for a mic I've heard nothing but good things about these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=ATVPDKIKX0DER

I have that, I love it.
Zero seems to hate it though because its digital....
Look its the best mic under 100 dollars. I dont care if you can (you cant) plug in a 1 dollar POS mic to a dac and get better sound. the price of a dac like that would be leaps and bounds more expensive and the POS mic would still sound bad.

Sound quality: 9/10. Surround sound feature is very close to having a 7.1 setup, clarity is excellent and bass levels are surprisingly deep. Mic quality: 9/10. I've had folks say it sounds great and never had a complaint. The boom is a little large for my tastes, hence the one point deduction. Comfort level: 9/10. Pads fit perfectly over my ears and are close to noise cancelling - you don't want these if you need to hear what's going on around you while gaming! They're a bit bulky though, so minus one point. Wireless reliability: 8/10 Points deducted because 'power save mode' is annoying and is the default and because you will occasionally (once every five hours) lose signal for three seconds. Note, however, that if it's plugged in via USB, it works just like a wireless headset. Battery life: 10/10. I've had five hour gaming sessions and the battery barely went below half charge.

Side note, this set is on sale regularly for $80 and is well worth that price. Beats the overpriced $250 Turtle and other 'elite' brands in my opinion in terms of quality, making the value kind of staggering.

Ah, I didn't look at your cart. In that case, I completely disagree with the assessment that it's 'a waste of money.' Hands down the best headset I've ever owned, and if wireless is important to you (it is to me!) it's the best value on the market, period. With my setup, I've got my PC hooked to my 60" LCD TV, so when I abandon my computer chair and head to the couch to game from time to time, the wireless is an absolute must have.

They continue to update and improve the software as well, and since I have mine set to automatically update, I sometimes randomly sit down to better performance/new features, which is nice, haha.
