o boy, raids? iv got some learn-in to do then. Also, wouldn't i want more ram and even a SSD to boost load times and in game performance? I understand that my connection speed plays the biggest role in all of this.

Edit: Here is my current Gaming RIG Wish list. Remember.. iv been out of the loop for awhile now.. the only thing i might change thus far is the size of my power supply and the wireless headset. what are your thoughts?

with your buget you can go intel, the i5 will give you more stable performance.

WHY THE FUCK are you getting a 32inch 1080p screen (also you want 120 hz for 3d not 60)? past 24 You really want to look at upping the resolution. If your looking @ 30 inch screens (1440p) give a good look at catleap.

If im goign to spend 100 dollars on a keyboard. I want a mechanical board as simple as that.

Also you have no GPU in that list.

No GPU? then what is this.. 1 SAPPHIRE 100352-2L Radeon HD 7950? <---like seriously.

Id like to stick AMD as i am familiar with AMD processors.

as for the TV, i dont really plan to use the 3D. It was simply one of the better 32 in LEC tvs i could find on newegg. Link me to something you were talking about?

what do you mean by mechanical keyboard? lol if what you mean is programmable keys, the one on my list is a 18 Gkey. then again i have may have no idea what the hell i am talking about.

Mechanical keyboards are just keyboards that instead of rubber domes underneath each of the keys, there's an actual mechanical switch. They feel much nicer to type on and are more responsive than regular keyboards. They run from around $70 up to a couple hundred.

Oops must have missed the gpu.

all I have tried out was the red switches on a blackwidow, I think I want brown but I have not run into a place where I can try them all out.

like this? As far as "Mechanical" keyboards go? lol the one in my list i already have... just alot of keys stick from aqll the spilt whiskey over the years.

After browsing monitors.. to get the size i want (32in) id be paying double, almost triple what the TV would cost. Worst case scenario, i dislike the TV for gaming, then use it for well a tv and instead of buying another TV for my new place i purchase a monitor

@ 32inches for a desk space use I find 1080p is not adaquite.
TVs are behind in color quality as well, But if you think it will work for you go for it. Its just not something I would ever care to do.

The k90 is sorta mechanical, its all mechanical but the programable keys, and I think the 9 key.

If you go to even a walmart (the one around here has it) they might have a black widow for you to try. Or look at a best buy.

I am not sure if the second part was in relation to my post or not but I thought this was for 2 different computers. My post is only for the parts for the server. I would recommend RAID 6 and run a 60GB SSD for the OS on the box. For the raid it is really easy shit with that card you can even set up the raid over your browser from a second computer via the network connection on the back of the card!!

You just select the drives you want and the raid level and then wait for it to build and your ready to go! From then on if a drive breaks just replace it with a new one and the system will restore all your data after it rebuilds. In the case of RAID 6 you can lose 2 drive at a time without data loss.
