Well went in on Monday expected to get booked.

NOTHING! Just signed a piece of paper acknowledging that I am to appear to court on May 15th. The attacker has decided to press charges as a scare tactic. So since the Commonwealth of Virginia is pressing charges on my behalf, he is trying to pin everything on me and my friend.


Now, I have a judge defending me, many witnesses, a cop who saw the whole thing and he still wants to press charges....lol

Medical use approved and fully passed. Decriminalization of 10 grams and under on the way (Passed Senate). Bills for wholesale with a 50% excise tax, 100$ a year fee, 100$ per plant(Passed Senate). actually, depending on how your state handles this shit, this won't even hit real court. it would most likely be stopped at grand jury, as the state must decide to prosecute for criminal charges (though, the other guy could still file against you in civil court, as a tort)
