Thread: Roman Scum: "The Mafia Game." (REGISTERED PLAYERS only here)

The town made so many fatal flaws that I'm not surprised they lost.

I picked Brett when I was cult leader which got me killed because Locust turned out to be a Random Cop.

If I had picked Blackmage, Cult would have won hands down because I was going to frame Carm by lying about my cop power.

What Chikun said was entirely true. I was Sensor but become cop but was then recruited by Nem.

hmhm.. you mean me. on day 3 or whatever
"Blade was sensor, turned cop after locust died, was recruited as a cultist. Blade becoming cult leader suggests there is no more cultists, all cultists are dead"

you pissed me off blade! With your constant role changing it was very hard to believe you.

i also claimed that you died, not from being the target but by trying to recruit a mafia. Glad to know i was right about something o.o

lets get this breakdown and start another game already!!!!!!

also cyber, for role assignment, you can use the following. http://www.random.org/lists/

Carm won this because her boyfriend said she was busy. Should have voted her first like I suggested in the beginning. I will write a player by player EOG but I do not think some of you will like what I have to say. This game was not played well by town or cults.

    Roles were not random?

Brett used his personal relationship with carm to his advantage. Not just the "she is busy" part but also what we should expect from her and how she "isnt smart enough to be mafia, trust me" a clever play.

no, its pretty obvious roles were not randomly assigned. If we could get some clarification on that though..

So Cyber, basically what you're saying is your game was broken from the start. Instead of coming up with a work through to fix the problem for all players fairly, you created a trap. Whether it was on purpose or not is beside the point. You picked the role, then created the perfect scenario for it, but at the last second pulled it away like a black kid jumping for a cookie. There was no way Aco would have been killed first night. The mafia should have known there would be something to protect him, whether it be a doctor or a vest, which is exactly why it makes him the 100% correct choice to target for recruitment; there is absolutely nothing in the game that can stop it. The only thing that stopped the recruitment was a mod ruling. Saying anything else is bullshit.

Tom will agree that this is the case.

What is a vagina. If he can't take being told so in PMs then these games are not for him. Perhaps he can switch to The Sims. He (and you) made a bad decision and instead of owning up to it, cunted your way out by replacing me for little to no reason. I could have easily ended the game right there if I wanted to, but as I told you I would wait until the end to discuss this.

Just because you decided before the game started doesn't mean it wasn't a manipulation. It was still interference from your end that shouldn't have existed. Not all these roles can be in the same game together, you should have seen the balance was off and taken something out or changed it up before the game even started.

I as well look forward to the game with you and Tom, I'm thinking he'll be able to reign in your spaz a little.

He used both and you all fell for both. That is apparent by your responses. If someone is too busy to reply then boot them from the game regardless. Absence helps neither side. Their strategies were quite obvious. Town played the roll of a herd of sheep this game led astray by Brett which you let shepherd you into some really hilarious decisions.

    From what I remember

    Mikey: Nexus
    Locust: Random Cop
    Wolf: Forensic
    Carm: Godfather
    Brett: Framer
Chikun: Becomes Mafia Upon being Lynched
    Scrib: Builder
    Blade: Sensor
    Blackmage: Doctor
    Aco: Jesus
    Nemesis: Cult Leader

The Mafia did not have to do a damn thing.

Cult tried recruiting Aco and then tired recruiting Brett

Town did not protect Wolf since he was near invaluable. (Instead I was protected TWICE)

We believed Locust's result which we only should have believed at face value.

They have to be on the same team, they touch parts and it would be too hard to not have the game compromised by giving them opposing roles.

I was just happy we were able to get rid of the investigators quick.

The only time i remotley "sided" with brett, was on the last day when i voted for chikun. Apart from that i claimed Carm was mafia for damn near the entire game, i was not heard because blade and nem stuck me in a corner which i had to fight my way out of.

i also have a very standard philosophy with these games. Town or not, if a player is providing 0 effort. Get rid of them.

Ya that was the plan. Get everyone off my ass and on you. We were gonna pick up blackmage that night and since he was doc I would have used that nicely. From there we only needed one vote. The next day from that don't need to recruit as we'd have a majority and picked off who we wanted.
