Omegxkid<Ibis.A> admin abuse

first of all I would like to apologize myself for further grammar failure ... English is not my native language.

Yesterday I was also a victime of Omegxkid power abuse and got banned for 1 day.

He came into the room and not a minute later started screaming about an "illegal" cade 3 people and I have built in the map ZE_Voodoo_Island. The cade was not illegal because people could come in and out as they pleased; If we were indeed blocking a crouch spot, we all wouldn't be able to go inside...
Omegxkid demanded that we got rid of the thing that was "blocking" the spot ... Trying to make the kid less enraged we got rid of the thing, although it was not blocking nobody ... then he said something about he was not in a good mood and we should not push him, otherwise we would see his Raging Punishment. I cant remember the exacly words, but it sounded something like "you better do as I please, otherwise I'll @#$% you Up!", although NO bad language was used.

By the time we all had to leave the place and run to the next and final part of map, I ran shooting 3 or 4 of the 7 bullets in my desert eagle into the zombies that were still inside the cage. I could not shoot all the 7 bullets because I was more interested on running to next par. As I teleported to next map he yelled that shooting the caged zombies was illegal, and BAM! faster that I could do anything, he slayed me ... I got so mad at him because he didn't give me any warnning and just punished as he said he would do to anybody that did something wrong, that I said something rude to him. I felt so powerless because there was nothing I could do to undo his power abuse that I cursed him once... He seemed just like a bad cop that would just slap you for doing something wrong, instead of instructing you not to do it again... Unfornatully, I "gave" him a reason to ban me as I cursed him because of his abuse of power...

I got so mad I left the room and only found out about the banning today ... Couldnt stand playing in the same room with the guy.

So RofLoLmao, the lessons to learn here are:
1 - Admins are also people, and they will sometimes take their own problems into the game and take their anger out on the players... Make sure to avoid them on those days !!!
2 - If the admin wants to ban you, he WILL find his way to do so!!! In my case, he killed me and then lured me to say something bad, giving him just the evidence he needed to Ban me...
3 - Be glad you were banned for only 30 minutes!!! I got banned for 1 day ... First I was angry, but now I feel blessed because I saw that an awesome player named ".,.", that in fact I respect, was banned for 1 week .... Probably confronted Omegxkid or did the slightest mistake; I cant tell because there was no Reason written why he got banned.
4? - I cant tell yet if this is a leasson to learn: If you don't see me on-line anymore and find out that I got banned for speaking the truth here on the forum, you should be more carefull writing stuff on the forum than I was ><

You won't be punished for speaking your mind on the forums, now if you have any scrap of proof (Demo? Screen Shot?) that would help your case and make you look a little better, though.

I'm not trying to get any help on my case ... I was just telling my story to RofLoLmao so he could also learn from it.
Keep calm and avoid being banned ... Remember that only common players fall

For future reference, fabisensee, please avoid posting in admin abuse threads if you are not contributing, i.e. providing demos, explaining rules, summarizing demos, etc. Bystander accounts and other unrelated inputs that are not backed by proof (such as demos) are unwanted and considered clutter (like this paragraph), and should go into a separate thread anyway. For the future, please consider using the private messaging system on these forums or personally adding the person on STEAM and talking to him/her there.


On to more important matters... correct me if I'm wrong, much older ZM players, but did we not do away with "2/vent opening" because enforcement became ridiculous? Besides that, I always had the impression that the rule was to protect humans from overflow -- not a balancing mechanism to aid zombies. So if the occupants in the vent are cool with more than two, as would be the case in longer vents such as castle redemption's, there was no problem. I liken it much t

To my knowledge, it was never rid with and it was a balancing thing. A tube/vent with 5 players using M249's or auto shottys always beat zombies (provided there was at least one non fail player in the tube/vent.)
