At first, i was a little hesitant to agree with speed hacks, because during that time, he had massive lag spikes which, it kind of looks like lag spikes shoot forward. Then i decided to download the map after voodoo was played to see if he would hang around. which he did.

at the start of the ze_predator, clearly speed hacks, passes all humans from the back. some lag spikes, but clearly speed hacks.

so if other ula/clan is not convinced with voodoo 110000 tick, here is another demo you can watch.
