I guess I should have mentioned it shouldn't be possible after level eighteen (at least that was the case prior to Valve's Break-All-The-Things update).

ok I figured it out valve broke say command caching... and that is what is causing the problem as the mod is supposed to intersect the rtv command and prevent it from being passed.

Yes, this too. Instead of the the maps being 3,4,5,6,7 or w/e they are now 1,2,3,4,5 so number 1 is being voted 99% of the time so they are either getting shitty maps or admins have to change it every time.

Yeah, I had reported that issue previously, but Zero said the mod was broken by Valve's update and the mod creator was not interested and/or didn't seem to want to update his mod to make it compatible again (as I recall).
