You are correct, along with pub and gungame. needs to be a total of 4+ or 6+ players i believe. Though its been a looonggg time since iv played any CSS.

Negative. GunGame counts and tracks stats with as few as two players in the server. The GG DM FFA server is the same. Can't speak to pub.
