So, it starts with him changing the map while we're playing Blue Arena. Two players are on Five-Seven, level twenty (obviously this ends the Blue Arena demo attached). No big deal, it's been confirmed this is not against the rules, just an asshole move, but as the next map starts, everyone calls him out for changing the map, myself included. It's clear he gets butthurt, because he instantly stops talking and starts asking what map we want to play. Sorry, if you didn't want to be berated for changing the map you shouldn't have changed the map. (I've done this before, but by accident, so I know first hand how embarrassing it is, LOL)

~18500, he TKs me (accidentally). I slayed him for it on the next round. He said 'you got in my way again baby' to which I responded 'Fuck you.' both as a retaliation for TKing me and for calling me 'baby.' He states 'i'm going to set you on fire,' then he makes good on his threat. I ask him why, he claims it was for 'disrespecting admins.' Uh huh. Sure buddy.

Next abuse is, in my opinion, pretty ridiculous. Tick 45000, he can't get off AK, so he leaves and rejoins to gain levels. What kind of admin leaves and rejoins to gain levels? LOL

I've never posted an admin abuse thread because I've never had to. Never seen anyone who shouldn't have it. This guy shouldn't have it. Oh, did I mention he has VAC bans on record?

thanks for the info everyone. he does rejoin in bluearena, i can't watch the 2nd demo though because i don't have the map, and can't find a link. if someone could upload the map here i could take a look at that one as well. not that i have a say in the punishment but i'd still like to take a look, and clan might not have the map either

This. gg_aim_map_usp_2011.bsp attached, change the extension from .dem to .bsp and it should work, the system wouldn't let me upload a file with a .bsp extension.
