The online DRM is terrible for a number of reasons. First, you cannot play your games for more than 24 hours in a location with bad or no online reception even if you are playing a single player game. Second, even if you have a great online connection you may not be able to play games if Microsoft's server infrastructure goes down.
Just imagine what a successful hacking attempt just like the one on Sony's infrastructure would have as a result. No gamer would be able to play games for weeks until Microsoft would resolve the issue. And that is not even taking into account smaller maintenance shut downs or even restarts of the server infrastructure.
It does not stop here though and even if you do not mind a Kinect that cannot be turned off completely, you also won't be able to play any of your Xbox 360 games, provided that you own one right now. While Sony's streaming service is not here yet, it willeventually be available so that you can play PS3 games on the system.xbox one suck.PNG
As a PC Gamer, I don't really care - I can play retro games, next gen games, free games, or any damn game I want. On Steam, on Origin, download directly from the publishers...That's the beauty of PC gaming - it's all about choice...

Sony actually decided to be intelligent. Their console will definitely win this generation just like the PS2 did. The low price point of $400 is also a great idea. Now they need to make a bundle combo where for $550-$600, you get a Vita with it. That would REALLY sell it since you get PS + with it along with several free Vita games.

I totally agreed with everything you said right up to this point. Unfortunately, there are loads of games that will never see the light of day on PC that you are truly missing out on by not being a console gamer. Yes, PC is all about choice, but unfortunately your choice is limited to the games that come out on PC (or waiting eight to ten years for emulation programmers to catch up and make games formerly only on console playable on PC). +1. No clue wtf Microsoft was thinking. I didn't want a Vita before I saw how it integrates with the PS4. Now I'll probably buy one before the end of June. Can't wait to get my hands on my PS4.

PS4 won E3 it seems however i will keep my PS3 until there is a PS4 exlusive that i reeaally want to play.

microsoft as a company has been heading to the shitter for years it seems now. Everything from a subscription based MC Office to Windows 8 UI to This Xbox One idea. The only moves Ive seem that keeps them funded is buying things like facebook and skype and i give it a few years and that will be shit too. Facebook is already shit i know but it will get worse.

So great. That video was a huge hit at E3. Seems to me like Sony saw the backlash to Microsoft's proposed DRM plans and definitely struck at the opportunity.
