I see. Well, to be honest I'm not entirely certain how the process goes if a clan permabans you for suspected hacking. I would think they would still have to go through the proper channels for a permaban to be issued, but the way things are handled around here with clan members, I could be completely wrong in that assumption.
In any case, unless there's a good reason for you to be banned, I hope your request gets the proper service. Can someone poke Rico and have him stick his head in here?

The unban rules are the same as the heirarchy. If a clan member bans then only they or someone higher (Jigs or Zero) can undo it. Other clan members could but they usually leave it alone unless the clan member in question doesn't respond for quite a bit.

That wasn't really what I meant. I was referring to the need for a ban thread to be posted, voted on and a permanent ban issued before it 'stuck' on IBIS servers in all cases I've seen thus far. The question was, if a clan permabans you, are they above this procedure?

No no, I get that mishoo, but since he's clan, he may have the power to do that. That's ultimately the question I was seeking clarification on. We'll have to wait until a big dog weighs in on it. As for your unbanning I think you'll have to wait for Rico himself to come in and explain before we get further on that, sounds like anyway.

Clan can ban people just outright, and I don't think I've ever seen one over turned unless they were at fault about it or at least two other clan members or a higher up said something about it. These are the ones that have bled sweat and tears for IBIS so they are allowed a lot of latitude. Ask R@pedollars about drunk nights.

Well typically if you issue out a permanent ban, you would usually follow up with a post. I believe no one is really above that procedure... But in all actuality his ban states that he was "Exploiting the Server", which he has only had one other ban for at an earlier time (which was invoked by myself) for 30 minutes. (Repeating violation) A permanent ban can be removed if the clan it gets approved. I personally believe that the permanent ban was a little overkill for what ever Mishooo did, unless he was hacking.
I've sent Ricky Bobby the thread through steam message. Like JayDubs said, we will have to wait...
