Judging by how the scene was written, it is also likely that the karaoke master, sleepyone, tail waver, shades wearer are all town as they either went to sleep or had no part in what transpired later in the evening.
"One of the party members had a few questions for the sleepy one who hasn't been contributing much that day."
This line also indicates the possibility that the cop investigated one of the two. Seeing has how the cop is in a decent position to make a claim on anti-town findings, it is likely that the sleepy one is town aligned.
