Your fps should generally when in the same are be stable. If your in a room and nothing is really going on your fps should not be chaning more then 10fps or something is wrong.

Have you checked in netgraph to see if your getting choke or loss?

If you ping the server for a few min using: ping -t gg.ibisgaming.com do you get any lost packets?
