When he joined the server he was saying he had a 14 hour day at work, and clearly he meant he had a bad day.
It clearly affected his judgement call in this situation

Anyone who watches the demo will see him not only be asked to stop politely by several players but also when explicitly told that what he was doing was against the rules said "I don't give a fuck if I get banned" and something along the lines of having been banned so many times he doesn't give a shit.
