It's sad it isn't like the old days anymore, I miss the classic days where Desert fortress, Lila panic, Scrap yard, ze_thelostworlds_final was one of the most played, even that floating ship map.
Anyways, I lost faith a bit seeing different people who only want to play senseless maps, and as well as arguments and these temporary rules that really bend the gameplay experience way too differently.
I can't enjoy it anymore.
Accidentally fell off the cliff when a Zombie was there, the next round I was slain because the Admin made his Temporary rule "Ztele or Suicide from zombies gets you slayed". Bummer...

Well we do end up on lila panic from time to time but as for desert fortress, others have tried to convince the players to choose it during rtv but ultimately... yeah. I know what you mean mate, people tend to choose easy and lazy maps like beachstrike over moderately challenging ones. Just sad...
