well, you're wrong.
not gonna grace your idiotic rambling about camping with a response.
but as far as provocation goes, yes the better course of action is to keep a level head, but not everyone has that sort of restraint...and this is the internet. the way i see it, we need to take out any issues at the root. so if a player is provoked into breaking the rules, that needs to be considered and the provoker should bare the brunt of the punishment. now obviously in the case of tking or something, both parties will receive punishment, but the initial offender should have a heavier punishment.
