This is not a nation, run by goverment. It is a gaming community, run by Zero and clan members. If you were to use a form of government to describe ibis, dictatorship is the best. Where what owns said applies.

What if some of the rules being enforced are not properly displayed? Or even in fact missing? What then? Is it left up to the discrepancy of the admins/clan members to enforce what they see fit?
