My dude, aren't you an admin? Isn't your in-game name Redneck #shortbus? Like I said on your last post, post in the 'Admin Perma Ban' section. This is section is for user's without admin requesting permas. Also, you didn't ban him. If a player disconnects from the server before you can ban them, there is a section in the Admin panel (!admin) for "Ban Disconnected Players".
