First: There is no point in talking to you about this since everything you post either contains things that are verifiably wrong, or are just plain lies. Second: Everyday? That's great if you want to tone or maintain, but you will not see continued results if you do not give your muscles time to recover. So either you are lying or an idiot, based on case precedent I'd say a combination of the two.
