EDIT: Mr. Bill Gates (STEAM_0:0:43127755) seems to have gone under the name SCP-173 before. Can't find any real correlation other than Mr. Bill Gates has been permabanned on another server for aimbot (http://stylodust.de/sourcebans/index...3127755&Submit)
