I was in the admin menu just about to ban him, but NAVY did it before me, so he didnt know how to do a perma ban request, so he had me do it.

NAVY needs to be talked to about the !slap @all command during middle of round.
Also, navy, if you are going to make the 1 month ban, do the paper work that follows it. If you need help with the ban threads, ask an ULA, or lurk the threads in perma section.
