Reason to ban: Ghosting. Commentates Cyber's every notion after he ghosted a nebula the round prior. Completely unnecessary.

VI. Ghosting
1) When used ingame from same residence

A) When two or more people communicate verbally or via any other means the location and or whereabouts of enemies on a given map

2) When used via Vent ect...

A) When two or more players use a program outside of the game to communicate the location and or whereabouts of enemies on a given map

Start at tick 12700. The demo is same as the one from the thread I posted on Cyber as well, so there is no confusion between the two demos (they are both the same). This kills two birds with one stone.

Edit: This is callo by the way, one of the most annoying "I'll break a rule and then leave ha ha ha" guys on the server, also among his 8 previous bans is a two mother, so yeah.

he did it in response to cyber doing it the previous round, to demonstrate what ghosting is. still, unnecessary, excessive, and against the rules.
