I am trading any Steam Game ( Gift Link) under $15 dollars for Admin on IBIS.
This way both of us can benefit from the trade.

The reason im doing this is because I can't use PayPal. ( No Credit Card )

No, where I live you can't buy PrePaid Cards. And I can get Steam GIFT Links and give it to people. They can activate it in steam.
