At around tick 110000, he joins and quickly starts picking off everybody. When you spectate him, you can clearly see his camera quickly jerking towards enemy players and consistently pulling off nearly impossible headshots from across the map (even with something like the mac10). I'm usually not the best at detecting hacks, but this seems fairly straightforward.
