To avoid looking like a fucking retard, please explain to us the purpose for your forum spam and why you would use over tp. You have yet to provide any piece of information to support your side of this ridiculous debate, while at the same time the under ones, whom btw make up the majority of replies to your stupid post, have provided irrefutable proof that under is better.

Under.... Cat, kids, and easier to break for the small list. If you venture to some of the finer establishments, it is always under. Over is wrong. There are far less advantages. Fucking young hipsters, always trying to change shit that is proven fine. Get off my fucking lawn.

Sure, tears off without a risk of anyone over pulling. Too much torque in said pull increases likeliness of excess TP being drawn out and hitting floor.

Aesthetics, print, whether you buy Charmin or some dollar general tp that's chocked full of splinters, print and design are presented neater over, rather than under: not presenting AS much.

Over doesn't have you knock your hand against the wall. Under could have the tp sticking to the wall (depending on how nasty the wall is next to one's toilet), under would make this difficult to grasp needed amount.

Parties and such, some fold the ends for presentation. No sense in folding if installed "under".

Thanks for asking for an explanation.

You have your facts revered there bud. Minus the crusty wall. Holder should never be that close anyway. The under over placement has no effect on drawn tp unless rolled, in which case under wins. Things are spun down by mistake more often than not, not up. Most if not all five star hotels and resorts are placed under with triple ply, double design, and ends folded up and tucked for aaesthetics.

I like your point on kids and cats, but I've been lucky enough to live with both that neither disturbed the tp.

Then point is mute and follows fold our crumple.

Aesthetics? The under is more visually pleasing. What steamer says is fact. The only practical up side to using over is the risk of touching a dirty wall while using under. Otherwise there is no benefit for using the up. As steamer said, you shouldn't have the roll that close to the wall anyways.

Whoa whoa, moving too fast for me chief, I didn't know you can add more in to your post after you've already submit. But wasn't there a study or questionnaire given to some 5 star locations? I haven't looked at the sources but I see there is a wiki page on this subject and it claims over is used in such businesses.
