yup and yup. same person as well, i banned this new account for 2 weeks, and re-initiated the original ban to make it a full 2 weeks from now.

i say we leave the bans at this length. 2 weeks was a bit long for the original ban, 1 week probably would have been better, but since he avoided AND broke the same rules...2 weeks is now appropriate.
