It's bullshit to ban someone for an hour because there's a chance you're wrong. Don't be wrong.
II. Temp bans
Should be given out to players who have a thick skull and need to be taught a lesson. Should not be given for longer than 7 days, this is the maximum unless the user has a history of problems. So a month is way past 7 days thanks for the info though.
