So like for future reference if players are complaining about an aimbot etc in anyway but i watch the demo and arent 100% sure what should i do?

Pass it up to Phil, other ULA or some other admins for a second opinion. As long as you have tick marks it doesn't take too long to check.

Also, people generally bitch about haxes if they get killed a few times, don't take their word for it, check on it yourself. It seems as if you are already doing that though.
