How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Muted then gagged for 1 week. Possible reason: "im a kid with a squeaky voice" (it made me chuckle.) Note: i did laugh over mic but that was the extent of communication since i joined the server. Never was i warned nor givin a valid reason as to why i was muted or gagged. Blatant textbook abuse.

Watched the Demo. Around tick 16k mikey you do make an annoying laugh on the mic, however Evil did not warn you and issued a week at that.

Admin has been told to issue a warning next time, and to go easy on the punishment, especially if there is no warning.

Mute undone by phil per my request. Admin was spoken with, via Phil.

Mikey, stop making that horribly annoying laugh on the mic lol.
