Since a week or some people experience lag on the server, i don't know if this is only form people overseas, but pings are higher and allot of rebanding from time to time. Just want to confirm is this is server sided or not.

Have you tried resetting the server, because just like every other electronic with RAM, it does need to be restarted from time to time to allow the RAM to clear, allowing it to run faster and more efficiently.
