So close. Here's few things you gotta do.

1. Add a poll -- Top go to 'Thread Tools' and add a poll. 2 Options; Ban or Unban.
2. Link to ban -- Copy and paste their STEAM ID and enter it in the 'Advanced Search' and then copy and paste that URL and BAM, that is your link to ban.
3. Demo. You told me on steam chat you had your own demo, either upload that or you can find the WCS demo's at this link ftp://wcs.ibisgaming.com:23/ (use internet explorer to open this link).
